CO-CHAIR WIELECHOWSKI announced consideration of SB 150, version
S.
TREVOR FULTON, staff for Senator McGuire, sponsor of SB 150,
introduced himself.
CO-CHAIR WIELECHOWSKI said the bill was held over so that
members would have time to review it. One change that he
believes the sponsor agrees to is on page 2, line 8. It corrects
a mistake.
MR. FULTON agreed and added that the sponsor fully agrees.
SENATOR HUGGINS moved to delete "and" and insert "or" on page 2,
line 8. There was no objection and the amendment was adopted.

amended from committee with individual recommendations and
attached fiscal note(s). There was no objection and CSSB
150(RES) moved from committee.
